Thrive Wellness Center in Ft Lauderdale offers movement classes that aim to support your journey of healing and balance. We have a newly renovated beautiful studio space. Our classes are small so that our teachers are available to give individual attention to every participant. We invite you to call us if you would like to come try any of our classes.
